2025-26 Registration

Current JCYS Families Registration for 2025-26 is now open!

Please follow the one-step registration process listed below:

Step 1: Complete your registration.

• Log-in to MyProcare.com using the email address and password associated with your account.
• Complete the form for the programs you wish to register for.
• Submit your registration fee. The registration fee is non-refundable.
• You will receive an email confirming your registration and enrollment.

Community Registration (new families) for 2025-26 opens Tuesday, December 3 at 10:00 am.

Please note: If you are not a current family and attempt to register before this date and time, we will not hold your spot, and you will be instructed to re-register at the appropriate time.

Please follow the two-step registration process listed below:

Step 1: Create your profile and submit your application

• Select the center/location from the menu below.
• If this is your first time registering for a JCYS program, select the “New JCYS Families – Register” button
• Go through the steps to create your profile on MyProcare.com
• Once your application is complete, you will receive an email from the center updating you on your status and next steps.

Step 2: Pre-registration. You will be placed on a temporary waitlist. If your application is approved, you can complete your registration and secure your spot for 2025-26.

• The center/location will notify you when you can complete your registration.
• Once you have been contacted, go to MyProcare.com and log in using the same email address and password you created during Step 1.
• Complete the form for the programs you wish to register for.
• Submit your registration fee and deposit, if applicable. The registration fee is non-refundable.
• You will receive an email confirming your registration and enrollment.
