Current JCYS Families Registration

  • Open for 2026-27 programming.

Step 1: Complete your registration.

  • Log-in to MyProcare.com using the email address and password associated with your account.
  • Complete the form for the programs you wish to register for.
  • Submit your registration fee. The registration fee is non-refundable.
  • You will receive an email confirming your registration and enrollment.

Community Registration (new families)

  • Open for 2026-27 programming.

Step 1: Create your profile and submit your application

  • Select the center/location from the menu below.
  • If this is your first time registering for a JCYS program, select the “New JCYS Families – Register” button
  • Go through the steps to create your profile on MyProcare.com
  • Once your application is complete, you will be placed on a temporary waitlist and receive an email from the school with your status and next steps.

Step 2: Pre-registration. You will be placed on a temporary waitlist. If your application is approved, you can complete your registration and secure your spot.

  • You will be notified by the center/location via email when you can complete your registration.
  • Once you have been notified, go to MyProcare.com and log in using the same email address and password you created during Step 1.
  • Complete the form for the programs you wish to register for.
  • Submit your registration fee and any applicable deposit. The registration fee is non-refundable.
  • You will receive an email confirming your registration and enrollment.

In order to complete your registration, you must provide a non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee. The registration fee for JCYS North is $50 per child. Your child must be registered for two sessions of JCYS North Suburban Day Camp to participate. CITs must be registered for four sessions of JCYS North Suburban Day Camp to participate.

Our installment plan for Fall/Spring 2026-2027 is initially billed on June 15, 2026. If registering after our initial bills go out, you will be contacted by your Business Manager regarding adjusted installments.

Monthly Security Fee

To support enhanced safety and security across all JCYS locations, a monthly security fee is applied based on your child’s attendance schedule:
  • $115 per child – attending 4 or 5 days per week
  • $95 per child – attending 3 days per week
  • $80 per child – attending 2 days per week
The security fee is billed monthly and is separate from tuition. Families who may need scholarship support for these fees are encouraged to complete this form.
