Dani has spent more than 12 years in early childhood education and loves watching children grow into their voices and confidence. She enjoys partnering closely with families and being a steady, positive presence each day.
Dani’s philosophy is simple: a warm smile and kind words can change the tone of a day. She focuses on social-emotional learning, clear communication, and playful, developmentally appropriate routines that help children feel safe, curious, and capable.
Outside of work, you’ll find her spending time with her three kids, fitting in a workout, planning travel adventures, or happily recharging at home.
