Rachel has been an early childhood educator since 2003 and joined JCYS in 2017, teaching children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 6 years old. With a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood special education from the University of Kansas, Rachel comes with strong convictions on the importance of quality early childhood education, the incorporation of the Reggio Emilia approach into the classroom, and the belief in supporting each child who comes across her path.
