Cost: $100 for 1 child; $150 for 2 children
Spend a morning with your tot in a fun and interactive class combining classic yoga poses with developmentally appropriate play!
Yoga with Me focuses on developing coordination, flexibility, strength, balance, and self-esteem, and provides a healthy and joyful opportunity for parent(s) and tot to learn together. This class is best for children ages 3 months – 24 months.
You do not have to have a child enrolled in a JCYS program to participate in Yoga with Me.
