The importance of Early Childhood Education is something that Nikki has been passionate about throughout her entire career. She has had the opportunity to be an Early Childhood Educator as well as Early Childhood Administrator for the past 15 years. Nikki received her BA in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her MA in Elementary Education from National-Louis University. Making a positive difference in the lives of children has been one of the reasons Nikki has continued to pursue opportunities where she will have an impact on the education, nurturing, and love that children receive each day.

Nikki lives in Buffalo Grove with her husband Paul, and their two children, Skylar and Mason. She enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, socializing with family and friends, and cheering on her children’s sports teams and the Chicago Cubs!
