With 30 years of experience in early childhood education, Faith is passionate about supporting young children and their families during these important early years. Her career has been guided by a strong belief in the lifelong impact of high-quality early learning experiences and the power of nurturing, inclusive environments where every child can thrive.
Faith has worked as a teacher, assistant director, director, and most recently, as a service coordinator in early intervention. She holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Leadership and Advocacy from National Louis University and is dedicated to empowering educators, partnering with families, and ensuring that all children have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.
She lives in Wheeling with her three children and their two dogs. Outside of work, Faith enjoys traveling, reading, listening to live music, taking walks, and spending time with family and friends.
