As Director of Human Resources, Sara Haben supports the organization’s people, culture, and human resources operations and helps advance its mission of serving children and families. With 15 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, she brings a strong background in employee relations, compliance, benefits, and organizational development. Sara is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture, supporting employees, and developing HR practices that strengthen both staff and the organization.
Prior to joining the organization, Sara held leadership roles in human resources and operations, where she gained extensive experience managing teams, developing workplace policies and practices, and supporting employees and leadership.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
