JCYS North and Big City Day Camp follow their own installment schedules, tied to each camp’s session dates. See your camp’s Registration & Camp Information section for details.
Registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and due upon enrollment. If a program is canceled by JCYS, registration fees for that program will be returned. Registration fees are in addition to tuition and will not be applied against final tuition invoices.
To support enhanced safety and security across all JCYS locations, a monthly security fee is applied based on your child’s attendance schedule:
- $115 per child, attending 4 or 5 days per week
- $95 per child, attending 3 days per week
- $80 per child, attending 2 days per week
The security fee is billed monthly following the schedule listed above and is separate from tuition. Families who may need scholarship support for these fees are encouraged to complete this request form.
Infant Care families can reserve a spot for later in the school year with a $250/week holding fee, in addition to the regular registration fee. Families may use a holding fee for up to 12 weeks. If your infant is not attending the program by then, you can either pay full tuition to keep the spot reserved or release it. After three months of enrollment, we will credit 50% of the holding fee to your account. See our Financial Policy for additional information.
Pre-K families at our city centers pay an additional $1,800 non-refundable deposit, credited to tuition the following spring as long as they are still enrolled. See our Financial Policy for additional information.
Payments can be made via ACH, cash, check, or credit/debit card (a 3.25% processing fee applies to card payments). Tuition payments more than 30 days late incur a $100 fee and may result in disenrollment.
