Naomi Richman
Advancement Manager
Naomi Richman is passionate about building systems that strengthen philanthropy, foster meaningful board engagement, and help advance JCYS’s dual mission of enriching the lives of children and families and developing future Jewish civic leaders. She brings more than 20 years of experience in Jewish nonprofit administration to her work as Advancement Manager, including service in the administrative and clergy offices of Anshe Emet Synagogue, with expertise in donor stewardship, board governance, organizational administration, and relationship management.
Outside of work, Naomi enjoys leading Shabbat and holiday services and reading Torah.
