Molly Hill is passionate about building meaningful relationships that connect people with opportunities to strengthen their communities. She brings 20 years of experience in nonprofit development and fundraising to her work as Senior Director of Development at JCYS. Her background includes donor engagement, board development, event strategy, grant writing, and community partnerships, with particular expertise in cultivating relationships and translating an organization’s mission into meaningful philanthropic support. Through her role, Molly leads JCYS’s fundraising and engagement efforts, helping secure the resources needed to create exceptional programs and welcoming communities for children and families.
When not at work, Molly enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family.
