Graham Little
Director of Risk Management
As Director of Risk Management, Graham supports the safety, well-being, and operational success of JCYS programs and services. With extensive experience in camping, recreation, and youth development, he brings a strong background in leadership, program development, and creating meaningful experiences for children and families. Prior to his current role, Graham served as Director of Camp Henry Horner (CHH), where he helped advance outdoor education and retreat programming. His previous experience includes leadership positions with Metropolitan Family Services, the YMCA of McHenry County, and the Sage YMCA in Crystal Lake. Graham holds a master’s degree in Recreation Administration from Aurora University and is proud to have helped launch JCYS North.
