Founder of Sublime Promotions, a cutting-edge multi-million dollar promotional merchandise company, Sarah sold her company to InnerWorkings, Inc., North America’s largest distributor of print materials, in 2009. Today, Sarah is the Vice President of Business Development for the Sublime Division of InnerWorkings and also serves as an inspirational mentor to rising entrepreneurs.

Sarah was a member of the JCYS Board of Directors from 2003 to 2005.

Founder, executive vice president and chief lending officer at GreenChoice Bank, Jon is  a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of real estate, finance and entrepreneurial expertise. His background includes commercial banking, real estate finance and sales, as well as leveraged buy-out, private equity and his own entrepreneurial activities.

Jon was a member of the JCYS Board of Directors from 1994 to 2008, and served as Board President from 2005 to 2006.

Al Rogoway
With more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, Al joined the management and ownership team at Cresa in 2009.  Previously the President of REED Partners (“REED”), a privately-held commercial real estate service firm he founded in 2002, Al also assisted in in developing an internal real estate division for Century Business Services, Inc., Gibraltar Real Estate Services Corporation (“CBIZ”).

Al was a member of the JCYS Board of Directors from 1998 to 2008, and served as Board President from 2006 to 2007.

A partner at Levenfeld Pearlstein, David has extensive experience in structuring and consummating mergers and acquisition transactions and in representing banks, mezzanine lenders and private equity firms when they make investments in companies. David also founded his firm’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) practice and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Illinois Chapter of the ESOP Association.

David was a member of the JCYS Board of Directors from 1996 to 2005, and served as Board President from 2002 to 2003.
