Jewish Council for Youth Services is proud to honor Board Alumnus David E. Kohn with the Director for Life award for his dedication to the agency, as well as recognize the Kohn/Mitchell Family for their service and generosity to various Chicago causes.

He also served on almost every committee and chaired several committees throughout his decade-long tenure with JCYS.
Professionally, David is Vice President at MJ Partners Real Estate Services in Chicago. Having joined the firm in January 2006, David has been involved in over $750 million in self storage real estate transactions nationwide for institutional and private ownership groups. He received a Master of Business Administration from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. David currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Self Storage Association.
